Watch on Soap2day. In Los Moreneros, an Afro village in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, in the Colombian Guajira; there is a community that treasures ancient knowledge of black cuisine. Yasser, a 10-year-old kitchen apprentice, shows us how his grandmother Yiya, the great master of Chicharro, transmits wisdom and flavor to future cooks in the region.
